At Inlasa we mechanize autoclave closings and bayonet on a lathe and milling machine, up to 5 meters in diameter, for the chemical, food, textile industry, etc …
We ensure the accuracy of the work by systematically planning checks and follow-ups in accordance with the relevant operating procedures.
The machining process can be:
- The complete finishing of the loose hoops.
- Pre-machining the hoops, welding to ferrule and bottom and finishing with final machining.
Tube Sheets and Machining large parts
Large machining led us to specialise also in deep drilling of tube sheets for heat exchangers and boilers, as well as in machining large parts.
